These terms apply when you book a session, join a programme, or buy a guide from Dr. Devika Kamat. By paying for anything on this site you are agreeing to them.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Devika Kamat, trading as LEGAL ENTITY NAME, with a place of business at FULL BUSINESS ADDRESS.

What is being offered

Dr. Devika Kamat is a dental surgeon by training and works as an integrative nutrition and lifestyle practitioner. The services offered through this site are discovery calls, integrative nutrition programmes, holistic counselling and energy alignment sessions, group programmes including The Meditation Club and the Women's Wellness Circle, and downloadable guides.

These are not medical services

Nothing offered here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and none of it is a substitute for care from your doctor. No outcome is promised or guaranteed, and results differ from person to person. You should keep seeing your own doctor about any condition you are being treated for, and you should not start, stop or change prescribed medication on the basis of anything said in a session or written in a guide.

If you are pregnant, managing a diagnosed condition, or taking prescribed medication, please tell us before starting, and speak to your doctor first.

Booking and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are payable in full before a session or programme begins.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or banking details.
• Prices shown are INCLUSIVE / EXCLUSIVE of applicable taxes.
• A booking is confirmed once payment has cleared and a time has been agreed.

The Meditation Club

The Meditation Club is a recurring monthly subscription of ₹1,198, charged automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and will not be charged again after that. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens to the month you have already paid for.

What we ask of you

• Give accurate information about your health, and tell us if it changes.
• Turn up on time, and give as much notice as you can if you cannot.
• Treat other members of group programmes with respect. Anything shared inside a circle stays inside it.
• Use guides and recordings for yourself only.

We may end a session, remove someone from a group, or decline to work with someone where these are not respected. Where that happens because of conduct, no refund is due.

Guides, recordings and other material

Everything written, recorded or shared here belongs to Dr. Devika Kamat. When you buy a guide you are buying a personal licence to use it yourself. You may not resell it, share it publicly, forward it to a group, or reproduce it for anyone else.

Cancellations and refunds

These are set out separately in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Services are offered in good faith and with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected to a session, programme or guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not permit that limit.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you pay is the one that applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at CITY have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
