Delivery Policy

Everything sold here is a service or a digital file. Nothing is posted, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses to give.

One to one sessions

After payment you will hear from us within HOW LONG, e.g. 24 HOURS to agree a time.

• Online sessions are held over ZOOM / GOOGLE MEET. A link is sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you gave at checkout, at least HOW LONG before the session.
• In person sessions are held at FULL ADDRESS. Directions are sent when the time is confirmed.

Multi session programmes

The integrative nutrition programme runs over a month, as three nutrition sessions and one energy session. Counselling packages run as four sessions. Dates for the whole programme are agreed at the start, and materials arising from a session are sent afterwards.

The Meditation Club

The club meets on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 9.15pm. Once your first payment clears you will be added to the group and sent the joining link within HOW LONG, e.g. 24 HOURS. The same link is used each session for as long as your subscription is active.

The Women's Wellness Circle

The circle is free. Use the join button on the website and you go straight into the WhatsApp group, with nothing to pay and nothing to wait for.

Downloadable guides

Free guides download straight from the website, with no wait and nothing to enter.

Paid guides are sent to the WHATSAPP NUMBER / EMAIL ADDRESS you gave at checkout, within HOW LONG, e.g. ONE HOUR of payment clearing.

If something does not arrive

Check the spam folder and the WhatsApp number you entered at checkout, since a mistyped digit is the usual explanation. If it still has not appeared, email info@drddevikakamat.com with the name and date on the payment and it will be resent. There is no charge for this, and no time limit on asking.

No physical shipping

Nothing sold here is a physical product. No goods are posted or couriered, no shipping is charged, and no delivery address is needed at checkout.
